Day 0:
- arrival in Tbilisi in the late evening hours
Day 1: Tbilisi Airport – Tbilisi sightseeing (20 km)
- late arrival in Tbilisi, hotel accommodation, time to rest
- 11:00 – 14:00 after breakfast at the hotel, sightseeing in the old town, walk along Rustaveli Shota Avenue, Sioni Cathedral and Anchiskhati Basilica, cable car ride to the Narikala Fortress with a wonderful view of the city, walk to the waterfall located in the city center, in the district sulfur baths
- 14:00 – 16:00 lunch in the city
- 16:00 – 20:00 free time in the city to buy souvenirs and for those interested (optional) a visit to the famous Tbilisi sulfur baths, a visit to private baths with a sauna and hot health waters, massages and peeling
- 20:00 – 23:00 dinner at a famous restaurant, combined with a show of traditional Georgian dances
- return to the hotel for overnight stay in Tbilisi
Day 2: Tbilisi – David Gareja – Bodbe – Signagi – Telavi (255 km)
- 08:00 – 09:00 breakfast at the hotel
- 09:00 – 11:00 departure to the steppe in the south of the country and visit the complex of David Gareja rock monasteries, carved in the 6th century right next to the border with Azerbaijan
- 11:00 – 13:00 stop at the picturesque rainbow hills on the way to the rock monasteries
- 13:00 – 14:00 refreshments in Udabno, specialties of Svan cuisine
- 14:00 – 17:00 visiting Signagi – a town with a 2.5-kilometer defensive wall, known for the oldest wine festival in Georgia and the Bodbe Monastery – a place burial of Saint Nino, who converted Georgia to Christianity
- 17:00 – 19:00 transfer to Telavi, hotel accommodation
- 19:00 – 21:00 dinner at a local restaurant with Kakhetian specialties
- overnight stay at a hotel in Telavi
Day 3: Telavi – Gremi – Wine tour – Supra – Telavi (180 km)
- 08:00 – 10:00 breakfast at the hotel, after breakfast visit to the local market
- 10:00 – 11:00 visit to the Gremi fortress, the capital of Kakheti until the 16th century, the seat of kings, the seat of kings
- 11:00 – 14:00 visit to the Kindzmarauli wine factory combined with tasting and the Khareba vineyard – a military tunnel converted into a wine warehouse
- 14:00 – 17:00 organization of a traditional Georgian feast – supra – at a friendly host’s place in the vineyard, combined with tasting of wines and local dishes, Georgian cuisine workshops and live music
- 17:00 – 20:00 arrival to Telavi, rest
- 20:00 – 22:00 dinner at a local restaurant with Kakhetian specialties
- overnight stay at a hotel in Telavi
Day 4: Telavi – Ananuri – Gudauri (220 km)
- 08:00 – 09:00 breakfast at the hotel
- 09:00 – 14:00 departure towards the famous Georgian Military Road, connecting Tbilisi with Vladikavkaz, along the way a stop at the Ananuri fortress from the 17th century, picturesquely located on the Zhinvali reservoir
- stop at a beautiful viewpoint just before the Jvari Pass (2,395 m above sea level)
- 14:00 – 16:00 lunch at a restaurant near Pasanauri serving one of the most delicious khinkali in the region – Georgian dumplings with meat
- 16:00 – 17:00 accommodation in Gudauri at the hotel, free time
- 19:00 dinner at the hotel and overnight stay
Day 5: Gudauri – Truso Valley – Tsminda Sameba – Gudauri (80 km)
- 08:00 – 09:00 breakfast at the hotel
- 09:00 – 11:00 departure in off-road vehicles to the Truso Valley, known for its mineral springs, lakes, medieval defensive towers, the Abano monastery and the Zakahori fortress
- 11:00 – 13:00 walk around the valley, tasting mineral waters and an outdoor picnic with local shepherds and baking kebabs
- 13:00 – 17:00 transfer to Stepantsminda
- jeep ride to one of the most beautifully situated monasteries in Georgia – Tsminda Sameba, which is located at an altitude of 2,170 m above sea level. at the foot of Mount Kazbek (5033 m above sea level)
- 17:00 – 18:00 return to Gudauri, dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Gudauri
Day 6: Gudauri – Mtskheta – Sarajishvili Factory – Tbilisi (140 km)
- 08:00 – 09:00 breakfast at the hotel
- 09:00 – 11:00 after breakfast, departure towards Tbilisi
- 11:00 – 14:00 visiting the Jvari Monastery located on the top of a hill, and then the city of Mtskheta, which until the 5th century AD served as the capital, visiting the legendary temple of Svetitskhoveli, the place of coronation and final resting place of the rulers of Georgia
- free time for shopping for souvenirs
- 14:00 – 15:00 lunch at a local restaurant
- 15:00 – 19:00 transfer to Tbilisi, hotel accommodation, visit to the factory of the oldest Georgian brandy Sarajishvili and tasting of XO VIP brandy
- 19:00 – 22:00 farewell dinner at a local restaurant
- overnight stay at a hotel in Tbilisi
Day 7: Transfer to the airport (20 km)
- late transfer from the hotel to the airport
